Access denied

Hi,
I have just replaced my server with Proclearner on it (now 2008).
When I tried to re-register the software it comes up with a "file access denied' error just after clcikingthe registration button.

I am sure (I think) I purchased the software less than a year ago.

Any suggestion.
What file is being denied access?

As I understand you correctly you get this error after pressing the "Register" button from within the License Manager? As the license information is patched directly into the "proclean3" executable (proclean3.exe) the most likely reason is that the file is in use or protected by for example anti-virus software. Make sure that you have sufficient credentials to modify this file, the file is not in use and your anti-virus software allows (temporary) modification of the executable.

Let us know if this doesn't work.
